Return and Refund Policy

Return If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for free and get a full refund. Just make sure to contact us within 3 business days from the day your order is delivered, and ensure that the item is in its original packaging, unworn and in the same condition you received it. If the item you have received is damaged, defective or not as described on the website, you will receive a full refund along with any shipping fees incurred. Once received the returned order, the refund payment will be processed in 7-14 working days Returns: Fitness & Sports Equipment All Fitness & Sports Equipment’s are not refundable once installed, if any mechanical defect on the equipment’s, the product shall be replaced or repaired free of charge. 

Please note: our couriers do not collect any unpackaged goods. All order cancellations or returns must be notified to us by e-mail only.

No cancellation of order will be accepted after 7 days from delivery of goods. Goods that we don’t normally stock, are not part of our core product line or are specially specified by customers are classed as ‘made to consumer specification’ and therefore are not covered by distance selling regulations

Refunds (if applicable) 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item that you purchase by mistake, doesn’t need anymore or if the wrong products are so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For your remorse products, you have to bear a certain amount for return shipping. You will bear the Actual cost of return shipping. The Re-stocking fee is 0.00. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

For Our Defective products return is full free shipping. This means your shipping fee is 0.00 and the Re-stocking fee is 0.00.

After examining the condition of the returned product, a refund will be done within 4-10 working days. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
